The easy to use “Slide-Out” adjustment system allows for a quick custom fit, making the Transformer a truly universal back brace. The Transformer has a universal belt size which fits small 26″ waist circumference through X Large 52″ waist circumference. An Extender Piece (for belt sizes greater than 52″ [2XL-4XL]) is available. However, it comes in 3 different versions.
